Why monthly averages, not a single hour
A Low Emission Zone boundary should be drawn on where pollution is structurally worst across the smog season, not on one hour's weather-driven snapshot. Each map below averages the model's hourly prediction across every hour with monitoring data in that month.
All-hours = full monthly average (use this for boundary decisions). Rush hour (07-10, 17-20) vs. off-peak shows whether a hotspot is traffic-driven or persistent. Worst days = the 10 highest-pollution days that month (use for severity framing, not boundaries).
Full-day average (all reporting hours) for the selected pollutant and date.
