Daim Abbas Kazmi
Daim, a dedicated researcher at CITY, specializes in Deep Learning and Computer Vision, with a strong foundation in Software Engineering. After graduating from NUST in 2021, Daim gained valuable industry experience as a backend engineer, focusing on Node.js development. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at LUMS, Daim is deeply engaged in cutting-edge research, particularly working on his thesis involving Flood Image Generation using Conditional Generative Adversarial Networks (CGANs). His research explores the application of advanced neural networks to generate realistic flood imagery, contributing to the understanding and prediction of environmental disasters. With a passion for developing innovative solutions at the intersection of AI and computer vision, Daim aims to push the boundaries of technology to tackle real-world challenges.
