Disease Detection

A step closer to Proactive Health Solutions!

CITY just presented their latest research at the NeurIPS 2023 Workshop on Climate Change with Machine Learning. The innovative approach uses geo-spatio-temporal data from 2000 to 2016 to predict malaria outbreaks in South Asia, offering a localized and timely perspective.

This fusion of environmental factors such as heatwaves, floods, droughts, and wildfires caused by globally rising temperatures combined with historical data has the potential to revolutionize early warning systems for infectious diseases in the face of a changing climate.
